A: You can manage your account display using the Self Service – Account Maintenance tool. From there, you can rename accounts to help identify them easily.
To control the order in which accounts appear, we recommend using alphabetical or numerical prefixes—for example, naming an account “1 – Main Checking” or “A – Vacation Fund” will help position it at the top of your account list.
A: Login to your Online Banking account (desktop not mobile) and navigate to, Self Service > Account Maintenance > Mobile Banking. Here's how:
- Select your mobile carrier and enter your mobile number.
- Review and accept the Terms & Conditions.
- Enter the activation code you receive via text to complete setup.
- Once confirmed, your number will appear as an option when setting up alerts.
A: Yes, enrollment is still required to receive alerts via text message. Once you’ve completed the one-time activation process, you can choose to receive alerts by text, email, or both.
